An awards-ceremony LED display needs accurate names, coordinated cues and legible show content. This Southeast Asia P3.91 rental-screen application provides a starting point for planning those production requirements.
Make award text a controlled asset
Prepare an approved list of categories, names and sponsor wording. Assign someone to check spelling and someone authorized to release the final content. Keep the cue sheet aligned with the approved files so a last-minute change does not leave different versions with the screen operator and show caller.

Check the intended camera and content combination
If the ceremony will be filmed, review representative text, motion and background graphics with the intended camera setup. Record the screen settings and camera settings used for the test; pitch alone does not determine camera performance.
- Agree how an incorrect cue is stopped or replaced.
- Prepare approved holding content for a delayed presentation.
- Record unresolved sample issues before final content delivery.
The Italian C-Lite P3.91 stage reference and MOVA Switzerland stage-screen reference are separate project articles. Compare the content layouts when preparing your own stage brief. Use the fixed versus rental display comparison for lifecycle questions, then bring the proposed stage layout, cue requirements and filming plan to a supplier discussion.
