For a dispatching-center LED display, readability depends on the information shown inside each source window, not only the overall screen size. This Yunnan application is a starting point for planning a useful multi-window layout.
Define the source-window layout
List the feeds the operator needs simultaneously, their source resolutions and the smallest essential labels. Ask how each source will be scaled and positioned on the proposed display canvas. A large screen showing many windows may still give each window limited space; assess the intended operating layout rather than a single full-screen demonstration.

Agree operator acceptance and fallback behavior
- Review important labels from the normal operator positions.
- Identify how an unavailable or stale source should be indicated.
- Assign responsibility for source updates and layout changes.
- Define how service access and planned maintenance affect operations.
- Record the sample content, viewing conditions and unresolved issues at acceptance.
Separate the display from the wider system
A screen is only one part of the information path. Source equipment, processing, control and operator procedures also need defined responsibilities. The LED display system technology evaluation article provides a related discussion of these boundaries.
