💡 The C-Max Match: Engineering Meets Education
To solve these challenges, we deployed the C-Max Commercial Indoor LED Display (Magnesium Alloy Platform). It didn’t just meet the specs; it solved the underlying engineering problems:
7.5kg Magnesium Alloy vs. Load Limits:By using precision die-cast magnesium alloy, each C-Max cabinet weighs only 7.5kg—significantly lighter than traditional steel cabinets. This drastically reduced the structural load on the university’s wall, ensuring absolute safety and lowering the cost of steel reinforcement.
70mm Slim Profile & 100% Front Service:The C-Max features an ultra-slim 70mm depth and full front serviceability via a simple vacuum tool. We mounted the screen directly against the wall like a digital mural, saving nearly a meter of stage space and eliminating the need for a rear maintenance walkway.
Fanless Natural Heat Dissipation: * The Match: Magnesium alloy acts as a natural heat sink. The C-Max dissipates heat rapidly without the need for mechanical cooling fans. The result? A 100% silent operation that keeps the academic environment perfectly quiet.
High-Definition Fine Pitch Versatility:Utilizing our scalable C-Max platform (P2 to P4 options available), we provided a pixel pitch perfectly calculated for the room’s viewing depth. Combined with a high refresh rate (3840Hz), it ensures crisp, flicker-free text visibility for students in the very last row, and looks flawless when captured on camera during recorded lectures.
The Result: A seamless, vibrant, and highly reliable visual centerpiece that enhances the educational experience while respecting the physical limits of the venue.
