EN 12966 CPR certificates by model
A Certificate of Constancy of Performance is not the same document as an individual test report. The certificates below identify the construction products, declared performance and supporting technical basis. Their intended use is permanently installed variable message traffic signs on public and private roads, including tunnels.

Document review updated 16 September 2026. “Latest supplied issue” describes the documents in this library, not an independent confirmation of current certification status. These certificates state conditional validity, subject to significant changes and suspension or withdrawal. Request current status and configuration confirmation before a tender or order. Keep certificates complete with all annexes; do not use cropped pages as a substitute.
Declared performance: read the model-specific annex
The following is a navigation aid to the certificates, not a replacement for their complete annexes. Both certificate families list optical classes C2, L3 / L3(*), R3 and B6, and temperature classes T1 / T3. The structural declarations differ.

Do not substitute a general product-page IP65/IP66 claim for the IP56 result of a tested configuration. Mounting, wind-load engineering and tender requirements must be checked for the actual installation.

These full reports support specific assessments. They are not additional CPR certificates and do not establish compliance for every Chipshow traffic display. Use the report number, amendment and tested configuration when requesting technical clarification.

The 2026 certificate lists EMC report GZEM231100642402, dated 26 February 2026. That report is not included in the supplied library. The older GZEM231100642401 covers VMS16S and is not presented here as its replacement. Request the latest EMC report and the signed, model-specific Declaration of Performance before relying on a complete submission pack.
Revision note: optical report GZEE231100455331 Amendment 01 names GZEE231100455301 in its revision-history paragraph. The source files are preserved unchanged; request laboratory clarification where this reference matters to a tender. Some environmental amendments extend the model scope without repeating every test.

Certificate version history
CSC10053 and CSC10059 are separate certificate families. Only the two CSC10059 issues below have an explicit replacement relationship.

Certificate and procurement questions
Does this library establish EN 12966 coverage for a 20 mm display?
No. The certificate files reviewed here name VMS6.67S-4535RGB, VMS16S-4535RGB and VMS10S-4535RGB. For a different model or pixel pitch, request its own applicable certificate rather than extending the scope of these documents.
Does a test report replace a CPR certificate or a signed declaration?
No. A report records the assessment of specified samples and conditions. The CPR certificate and the manufacturer’s applicable signed Declaration of Performance have separate roles. An unsigned template or an EMC verification statement is not a substitute.
Are the certificates permanently valid?
No unconditional lifetime validity is stated. The documents describe validity conditions and possible suspension or withdrawal. Confirm the current status and relevant configuration for the project.
