What is RoHS 2.0 and Why It Matters?
RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) 2.0, based on the EU Directive 2011/65/EU and amendment (EU) 2015/863, restricts ten hazardous materials in electrical and electronic equipment. Our report (SET2021-08103) confirms that Chipshow’s double-maintenance series is free from:
Heavy Metals: Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd), and Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+).
Flame Retardants: PBBs and PBDEs.
Phthalates: DEHP, BBP, DBP, and DIBP.
