How to Remote control

In many times when there are some problems in you LED display. you need our engineer to connect your PC and help to find the problem in it. Then we suggest you use "showmypc" to let us connect your PC.
Below, there is a mainly method to use the software,tell us how to use it.

1. To share your desktop instantly, Launch ShowMyPC3010.exe
2. Click on "Show My PC", button to generate password and make your computer accessible remotely.

3. Give the password to our engineer. He will choose "View remote PC" option,to connect you.
