1)、首先把与客户交流的细节做好详细的记录和回忆,先判断此客户的购买欲有多强,区分清楚他是“真的买家”还是“随便问问的买家”。并以此决定在客户身上花多大的精力是值得的。     2)、可以通过问客户几个关键性的问题,比如:产品的规格、技术参数,希望接受的价位,打算订购的数量,采用什么品牌的芯片等等,区分出真假客户。

另外针对怎样更好的把握客户
1, 更多的和客户沟通,在满足客户要求的同时还要详细谅解客户的实际需求,从而给出更好的建议。
2, 要不断扩充专业知识,让客户感觉到我们的专业性,对我们产生信任感。
3, 报价恰如其分,不能过低,也不能过高;客户往往会从你的报价来判断你的诚实性,并同时判断你对产品的熟悉程度。并且要根据不同国家的消费水平做出相应的报价。
4, 对客户的任何信息要及时响应并回复。

We use key materials from reliable suppliers such as Nichia, Cree, Axt, Philip, Toshiba and Samsung and conduct 3-day aging tests on each unit, resulting in a 0.1 repair rate.
